Negative balance of telephony limits
Question: The account has a negative balance of NLU minutes and other telephony limits. Is this an error?
Answer: No, this behavior is possible. Units are debited from the account after a call is completed, when the duration of this call becomes known to the system.
For example:
- The account balance is close to zero. At this moment, an outbound call campaign starts. The system allows making several calls.
- The first few conversations are finished. It makes the balance negative. The system prohibits initiating new calls.
- The system also allows finishing all initiated calls and deducts their cost. It makes the balance even more negative.
